Policies & Terms

These Policies & Terms (the "Policies") govern the relationship between The House of TX ("we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("Client," "you," or "your") who engages our services, purchases our products, or otherwise conducts business with us.
By placing an order, making a payment, approving a proof or project, or authorizing work or production to begin after these Policies have been presented to you as part of the transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Policies, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The House of TX provides customized products and services created specifically for individual clients. Because our work is tailored to your unique specifications, designs, and approvals, most orders and services are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once work has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
1. All Sales Final
All products and services provided by The House of TX are custom or made-to-order unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Once you:
- approve a design, proof, order, project, specifications, or
- authorize work, services, or production to begin,
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The following are not valid reasons for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund when the work conforms to your approved proof or instructions:
- you changed your mind;
- you changed your business direction or branding;
- you no longer need the product or service;
- you experienced financial or personal circumstances;
- you decided not to use the completed work.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products and services are customized, refunds and cancellations are generally not available after you have approved a proof, project, order, or authorized work or production to begin, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you request a cancellation before approval and before work has begun, we may, at our sole discretion, allow cancellation. Any such cancellation may be subject to deduction of non-refundable costs already incurred, including but not limited to design and consultation time, materials and supplies, third-party vendor fees, and administrative and processing costs.
Any approved refund will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks; Websites & Digital Services; SEO & Google Rankings; Google Business Profile Services; Reputation Management
If you have any concerns about billing, services, or deliverables, you agree to contact The House of TX directly first to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. A payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself cancel an approved order or completed service, eliminate your contractual payment obligations, or void these Policies, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The House of TX reserves the right to respond to disputes and chargebacks with relevant documentation, including contracts, invoices, payment records, approvals, proofs, production records, website logs, tracking and delivery documentation, and evidence of services performed. Nothing in these Policies is intended to waive any legal rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
For website design, development, digital content, and related services, we provide professional design and implementation based on your approved content, branding, and instructions. You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and up-to-date content. Once a website or digital project is approved and launched, any further changes, additions, or redesigns may be billed as new work. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or third-party platforms, or for changes made by you or third parties after launch.
The House of TX may provide search engine optimization (SEO) and related digital marketing services. While we use professional strategies and best practices, we do not control Google’s or other search engines’ algorithms, policies, updates, or penalties, or how or where your website appears in search results. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, or performance on Google or other platforms.
If we assist with your Google Business Profile or similar listings, we may help with setup, optimization, content updates, and general guidance. We do not control Google’s decisions regarding verification, suspensions, removals, or how your profile is displayed, and we cannot guarantee approval, visibility, or engagement metrics.
For reputation management, we may provide strategies to encourage legitimate customer reviews, monitor reviews and ratings, draft or advise on responses, and submit requests to platforms to review or remove content believed to violate their policies. We do not create, purchase, or provide fake consumer reviews, and we do not guarantee removal of any review or content. Final decisions rest with the platforms.
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
